Guest Access
You’ll have the entire lower-level studio apartment to yourself, complete with a private entrance for easy self-check-in. Shared amenities include the laundry room (available for stays of 3+ nights and located on the same level), the fully fenced backyard, and the outdoor hot tub — available for $20 per night during fall and winter, charged only on nights you choose to use it.

Relax in this cozy, thoughtfully designed lower-level unit with a private entrance and small luxury touches throughout. Enjoy a king-size hybrid mattress, electric fireplace, spacious modern bathroom, and a 50” Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for a simple meal or cozy night in — including an air fryer, microwave, nearly full-sized fridge/freezer, induction cooktop, drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, and a selection of coffee, teas, and cooking essentials. Outdoor Perks (shared): ✨ Hot Tub – Enjoy private use of our hot tub, located in our shared backyard. While the space is technically shared, we don’t use the hot tub during guest stays — it’s all yours to relax and unwind. Fall & winter use has a $20/night fee, and only on the nights you choose to use it. 🔥 Fire Pit – Perfect for cool evenings under the stars 🐾 Pet-Friendly Yard – A fully enclosed outdoor space with fencing and privacy trees. • Located on the lower level of our 1940s home- everyday noise from upstairs can be heard, including footsteps and the occasional singing in the shower 🤪 • Entry requires about 10 steps. • Central AC/heat is controlled from the main level- just let us know if you need an adjustment. • A starter supply of toiletries is provided; guests restock as needed. Pet policy Well-behaved, potty-trained pets are welcome (2 max). $55 per approved pet (covers up to 2 weeks). Additional $20/week for extended stays. Due to the layout and size of our studio, only small to medium-sized dogs (under 40 lbs) are permitted. Cats are allowed on a case-by-case basis, please send a message to inquire. Pet bed, bowls, and blankets included! - Décor and amenities may change slightly over time to keep things fresh.
