We’re on a private hill outside of city limits full of wildlife and nature, right in between Napavine and Onalaska. All properties on the hill are on 5+ acre lots so you’ll have plenty of privacy!
Guest Access
You’ll have access to the entire home, except the garage and one locked owner's closet. The camper on the property is not in use and is off-limits. Please do not attempt to access those areas.

Other Details to Note
The property runs on well water, this means it may have a sulfur smell to it, this is completely normal and does not make it unsafe or dirty. We have a water filtering system that is on a regular maintenance schedule. Brita water filter provided for your convenience. There is a doorbell camera located at the front door which records both visually and audibly as well as a camera in the front and back yard area. Small gatherings/events allowed with prior approval and event fee. Pet fee is per pet- 3 pets max. 🐶 cats allowed on a case by case basis. •Amenities and furnishings are subject to change at anytime. You will need a vehicle to get around and recommend AWD if we get snow in the winter (typically around January/February). There is plenty of parking on our long private driveway, you could comfortably fit up to 5 cars (more or less depending on size)
