This bright, spacious basement studio offers an open layout with a private entrance, comfortable living area, king-size hybrid mattress, high-speed Wi-Fi, electric fireplace, 50” Smart TV, and a spacious bathroom with a tub/shower. The well-equipped kitchenette makes everything from morning coffee to a cozy night in easy, with a nearly full-size fridge/freezer, induction cooktop, air fryer, microwave, drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, coffee, tea, and basic cooking essentials. Please note: The studio is located beneath our family home, and sound does travel between levels. You may hear footsteps, voices, or other normal household activity above. We’re mindful of our guests and do our best to keep noise down, but this space is best suited for guests who are comfortable with the everyday sounds of a lived-in home. Enjoy our spacious shared backyard and covered patio, surrounded by mature trees and greenery. The space includes outdoor dining, several seating areas, a fire pit, and private use of the hot tub during your stay. We won’t use the hot tub while guests are enjoying the property, though the backyard and patio themselves are shared with our household. The covered patio makes it easy to enjoy the outdoors in different weather, whether you’re having morning coffee, dining outside, relaxing by the fire pit, or soaking in the hot tub. The yard is enclosed with fencing and privacy trees, but it is not completely escape-proof. Dogs should be supervised while outside, and dogs prone to running off should remain leashed. An off-leash dog park is located less than five minutes away.
